Our website and shop is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Natural Play for Children @www.naturalplayforchildren are committed to protecting and maintaining your privacy at all times. We use the information we collect about you to enhance the services our online Shop provides to you. We respect the privacy and confidentiality of the information provided by you and adhere to the Australian Privacy Principles.

We will never on-sell customer information collected during the processing of orders placed in our online Shop.

You may update your details at any time by advising us in writing via email. All information we receive from our customers is protected by our secure servers www.naturalplayforchildren.com.au's secure server software encrypts all customer information before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all customer data collected is secured against unauthorised use or access. Your important credit card information is not stored by NPFC on any of our servers.

Our Online Store in now Open!

By customer request, we have opened our online store. We are still updating our store, so please keep checking back in with us to see what we upload each day.

Postage and Handling
From time to time we will offer discounted sales and special offers on postage and handling. These will replace the below mentioned rates for the advertised period only.

Australia Wide Only: Flat rate shipping of $15.00 per order.

Australia Wide Express Shipping of $25.00 per order.

Local Area: deliveries within our Lake Macquarie/Newcastle area of $.00 per order.

If your local postcode is not covered, please contact NPFC direct to finalise your order to clarify if you are within our local delivery radius.

Note: If we manage to post your order cheaper than your charged price, we always endeavour to refund the price difference.

All other orders are shipped either via Australia Post or Courier and our usual posting days are Thursday and Friday.
Please note, most Couriers are unable to make deliveries to P O Box addresses.

Free Click n Collect: once our home shop space is open, orders will be able to be collected for free from Warners Bay.

How long does my order take to ship?

My normal office and posting days are Thursday and Friday of each week due to my shift work commitments.

If your order is required urgently, please contact NPFC so we maybe able to assist you further. Custom orders can take up to 14/21working days depending on the type of product order.

Do you offer international shipping?

At present our online store is only setup to ship orders within Australia only.

Due to the natural nature of some of our resources, they are unable to be shipped internationally. However, if you are interested in any of our products or resources, please email us at info@naturalplayforchildren.com.au to see if we can ship to your country.

NPFC will be guided by all international quarantine regulations. International orders are processed via PayPal only and require full payment prior to shipping.
Customers are responsible for all if/any custom and import tax duties payable on receipt in the country of destination.

Please contact Natural Play for Children within 7 days of receipt of your order on (02) 4040-5365 or via email if there are any problems. This way we can promptly assist you in rectifying your concerns.

Unfortunately, on rare occasions, products may be damaged or go missing in transit, luckily this doesn't happen very often. You may be required to provide NPFC with photos of any damaged products.

All goods returned to Natural Play for Children require PRIOR notification, please email or call us via phone to discuss your individual situation.

Replacement items may not always be in stock as we create our own range of products and also stock resources from varying sources around Australia and overseas.

We will endeavor to provide a replacement or repair the product in the quickest possible time frame possible. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time frame you can choose either a refund or replacement.

If a replacement product is available, the original item sold by us will be required to be returned to NPFC. This is necessary as we may need to return same to our suppliers. We will contact you directly to organise this exchange.

Providing us with a copy of your receipt will assist us greatly.

REFUNDS

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission, we are legally obligated to provide a refund, return or repair for products deemed to have a major problem.

If you simply change your mind after purchase and there is nothing wrong with the product, we are not required to offer a refund or return.

Please note: Custom created orders are non-refundable unless there is a major problem with the resources contained in the order.

A product or good has a major problem when:-

It has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they’d known about it.

It is significantly different from the sample or description

It is substantially unfit for its common purpose and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time

It doesn’t do what you asked for and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time; or

It is unsafe.

NPFC is a small family business designing and creating educational and sensory resources for both children and adults alike. We reserve the right to exclude all business competitors from use or access to our website, downloading of any photographs, documents or information contained within our site at www.naturalplayforchildren.com.au

It is at our sole discretion to either accept or decline access or processing of orders if we feel they might be intended for use by our competitors or not for their intended purpose.

We deem you a business competitor if you design, create or stock similar products and services to NPFC and sell them at a cost to customers. This applies to companies, sole traders and everyday crafters both within Australia and Internationally.

Hours, days and weeks go into the designing and creation of resources, please respect our creative rights and your obligations when accessing our website.
